Responsible Play

HOFr is committed to ensuring fair-play and protecting all players. To help everyone manage their play responsibly, we offer tools to help support healthy gaming behavior.

HOFr performs an electronic verification using a third-party data reference company to validate the age and identity of all customers. We reserve the right to ask for additional age verification information from the player and suspend the player’s account until he or she provides information that verifies their identity to our satisfaction.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion allows you to take a break from HOFr for an extended period of time. You have the option to opt-out for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, or longer if you choose. During this period, your account is frozen and you are barred from entering contests. Furthermore, you are prohibited from opening a new account as HOFr allows only one account per user.

During the period of self-exclusion, you will be unable to access any rewards or balances remaining in your account. HOFr rewards (e.g. HOFr Coin) are subject to expiration during the period of self-exclusion, but cash balances are not. At the end of your self-exclusion period your account will automatically be reinstated. There are no requirements to reinstate. Participation in self-exclusion is voluntary and completely confidential. To participate, please submit a request through the following link or by contacting us directly at [email protected] and a HOFr support representative will be in touch.

Account Closure

If you do not want to self-exclude, you also have the option to permanently close out your account on HOFr. To do so, simply email your request to [email protected].

Prior to closing your account, please be sure to withdraw your entire balance. However, if you forget to do so or if your balance is below the minimum for withdrawal, please email us at [email protected] and we will process a total refund.

Deposit Limitation

In accordance with state-imposed deposit limits, HOFr may restrict deposits in any calendar month to $1,000.

Parental Controls

HOFr verifies all accounts for age and eligibility. Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older. If a minor has access to your device(s), your account or your personal information, please consider installing parental control software to prevent access to HOFr and other age-restricted apps.

If you believe a minor is playing HOFr, please contact us directly at [email protected]. If a minor is found playing HOFr, that account will be closed.

Additional Assistance

HOFr consults with organizations regarding Problem Gambling Prevention, including the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) and the International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG).

If you have any concerns about managing your play on HOFr, or any other gaming platform - or if you are concerned about a friend or family member's play - NCPG offers support and counseling referrals that may help you through personal, gaming-related issues. The NCPG operates a 24-hour confidential toll-free helpline that you can reach by phone or text at 1-800-522-4700, or by chat at ncpgambling.org/chat.

In addition, you may also visit the ICRG website or call the ICRG directly at 978-388-6610.

If you believe that a member of your family has a gaming problem or is playing beyond their means, or if you have any additional questions, please contact us here.

Website Self Exclusion

Set a time frame (3, 6, 9 or 12 months) during which you will be excluded and banned from participating on the HOFr app.

To set a self-exclusion period longer or other than 12 months, please email us the information specified below at [email protected] and a HOFr support representative will contact you.

Keep in mind, when you successfully submit to self-exclude, you will NOT be able to enter any contests on HOFr until your selected time period has passed.
