Refund Policy

1. Game Change Related Refunds
In the event that a paid-entry Contest is cancelled, postponed, or interrupted for any reason, the original contest entry or buy-in amount will be refunded to the players’ accounts.

2. Compliance Related Refunds 
In the event that the legality of a contest offered by HOFr is altered by the state, district, region, or country (“locations”) occupied by the customer; Or, if HOFr changes its contest availability policy for the location in which the customer resides, and the customer has previously entered a paid-entry contest that has not yet begun then the customer may be refunded the original contest entry/buy-in amount.

3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund of your deposit you must do so by sending an email to with the subject “Refund Request”. In the body of this email you must provide your full name, your  username, the amount of the refund you are requesting, and the reason for your refund request. This process may take up to ten (10) business days for review.

Data Deletion

1. Purpose

This document sets out our policy for responding to requests for deletion of data under GDPR data protection laws. This document explains the rights of the data subject in relation to data deletion and the responsibilities of HOFr in responding with such a request.

2. Individual Rights

Any individual who has agreed to HOFr’s Terms of Service has the right to erasure, also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’. Each individual has the right to request the deletion or removal of personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing.

3. What information does HOFr retain?

The HOFr mobile application stores data about individuals in order to create a profile and ultimately allow each user to deposit funds and withdraw winnings. HOFr stores the name, e-mail address, date of birth, social security & location. This data is stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If consent is provided, personal data will be stored to be compliant across legal jurisdictions.

4. How does one delete data?

If one would like their account & information deleted, simply send an email to to begin the deletion & account closure process. It may take up to 90 days for user’s data to be completely deleted and removed from HOFr’s servers & records.
