User Data Deletion Policy


1. Purpose

This document sets out our policy for responding to requests for deletion of data under GDPR data protection laws. This document explains the rights of the data subject in relation to data deletion and the responsibilities of HOFr in responding with such a request.

2. Individual Rights

Any individual who has agreed to HOFr’s Terms of Service has the right to erasure, also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’. Each individual has the right to request the deletion or removal of personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing.

3. What information does HOFr retain?

The HOFr mobile application stores data about individuals in order to create a profile and ultimately allow each user to deposit funds and withdraw winnings. HOFr stores the name, e-mail address, date of birth, social security & location. This data is stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at: If consent is provided, personal data will be stored to be compliant across legal jurisdictions.

4. How does one delete data?

If one would like their account & information deleted, simply send an email to to begin the deletion & account closure process. It may take up to 90 days for user’s data to be completely deleted and removed from HOFr’s servers & records.
